   I lost my favorite Leatherman CHARGE TTi Multi-Tool chasing sheep in a creek early afternoon of 24 Dec. I can’t live without it so I checked on the net and the best option for replacement was GearZone even though everything was to be shut over Christmas. In what seemed to be less than 2 hours on Christmas Eve, GearZone had processed my order, posted it and sent me a tracking number. I was using the Leatherman by lunchtime on 2 January. That is what I call committed and efficient service. Well done and thank you very much.

   Traser watches, great products. Gear Zone, great price and I will say even better service.

   My Taser watch band arrived at home yesterday. It was posted Saturday and received on Monday. I’m still scratching my head wondering how I got it so quickly. No different to the watch itself also purchased from Gear Zone, the fit and finish is magnificent. The addition of this band will make my watch more aesthetic and practical for me. Until I got a Traser watch, it’s only now that can I appreciate the Traser quality.

   Emil thanks for all your help in getting my time piece together, I need not remind you of the issues I caused you. But now I have a time piece that not only looks great, but will remain functional for many years to come.

I placed an order on the Wednesday four days before Christmas and even though Emil wasn’t sure I would receive it in time for Christmas it arrived on the Friday (23rd December).     I asked four companies to help find a missing part for a product they stocked. Three said can’t help, part not sold separately. Gear Zone said leave it with us and we will see if we can find it AND they did, then shipped it to me at no charge! Friend for life.

    super fast service. I have now bought 4 Traser watches (birthday presents for nephews) hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else and Emil is straight onto the phone if there is the slightest thing he can do to help.
