    SHIPPING: 

    • SHIPPING FOR ORDERS TO ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA ARE SHIPPED FROM SYDNEY VIA AUSTRALIA REGISTERED POST, STANDARD AUSTRALIA POST OR COURIER AND WILL ARRIVE IN APPROX 1-14 WORKING DAYS(depending on your post code) AS LONG AS ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND DEPENDING ON AUSTRALIA POST OR COURIER BOUNDARIES.
    • IN SOME CASES AND SOME REMOTE AREAS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS OR LONGER WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
    • ORDERS TO WESTERN AUSTRALIA CAN ALSO TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS AND SOME CASES LONGER DEPENDING ON HOW ITEM IS SENT AND THE AREA IN WA
    • From time to time an item may be out of stock and is on back order, we will contact you with approximate shipment times and ask you if you wish to wait or cancel the order.
    • If ordering multiple items, if one of the items is out of stock they will be sent out all together once all items are in stock. If you wish for items that are available to be sent separately then you will have to pay additional postage cost. We will contact you to arrange this option.
    • Some items are shipped by AUSTRALIA POST ( Registered or standard)
      and Some Items are shipped by FASTWAY couriers.
      If your shipping address is residential and no one was home when the AUSTRALIA POST or the courier arrived, Please check your letter box or your door for a Courier card with details of collection.
      NOTE:
       For Australia Post and courier deliveries,  if a card has been left for you, if you choose the option to give authority to the courier to leave the item at your address when your not there, you are responsible for the item.

      RETURNS:

      YOU CAN RETURN PURCHASES FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, WE DO NOT REFUND.

      Prior to returning your purchase you must call or email us to arrange return.

      WE MAY CHARGE A PROCESSING FEE FOR EXCHANGES AT OUR DISCRETION.


      If you want to exchange your item for something else or store credit then you pay return postage to cover cost of sending exchanged item back to you (you pay postage both ways), AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS AND IS IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND COMPLETELY UNDAMAGED (including undamaged packaging) IN ANY WAY, UNUSED AND IS FIT FOR RESALE. ITEMS THAT ARE DEEMED DAMAGED OR USED AND NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE BOTH WAYS.

      NOTE: We do not refund or exchange Traser Watches due to the retail packaging and protective plastic wrapping that some models come with, be sure what model you want before purchase and we do not refund or exchange even if it is a gift and the receiver does not like the watch or it does not fit.
